How to reset J2 Prime Tv
Just follow the steps below:
1.In order to switch off the SAMSUNG G532MT Galaxy J2 Prime TV hold down the Power button for a short while.
2.Then press and hold together: Volume Up + Home + Power key for a couple of seconds.
3.You should release held keys as soon as you can see the Samsung logo.
4.From the Recovery Mode select "wipe data / factory reset" by using Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm.
Choose "Yes -- delete all user data" to confirm the whole operation.
5.Choose "Yes -- delete all user data" to confirm the whole operation.
6.After that select option "reboot system now".
7.Just wait until the Samsung Galaxy Welcome Panel pops up.
8.Well done! The hard reset has just been performed.
